Jason Segel Was Great On SNL, But the Muppets Were Better

It’s hard to act opposite the Muppets. They have the experience, the diversity, the multi-talented chickens. Video: Kermit the Frog Schmoozes Johnny Depp, Kisses Vanessa Hudgens

Kermit the Frog did red carpet commentary at the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides premiere as promotion for the upcoming Muppets movie. Despite being a puppet, he was ten times more charismatic and funny than Giuliana Rancic. Among the awesome stuff in this video: Geoffrey Rush saying Kermit should have played a monkey in the movie, Keith Richards being himself, Kirstie Alley getting lip gloss on Kermit, Johnny Depp being nice and effacing about Kermit’s Jack Sparrow costume, and Kermit hitting on Vanessa Hudgens.
