A Hardcore Hobbit Fan's Take On The Battle Of The Five Armies

When someone asks me if the newest and final installment, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, was “good” or if I “liked” it, it’s difficult for me to give a straightforward answer. Stephen Colbert Interviews Smaug The Dragon, And To Say It's Awesome Would Be An Understatement

This Hobbit-Themed Air New Zealand Video Will Get You Super Pumped About Plane Safety

Sadly I’ve never seen it in real life, but thanks to clever things like this new Hobbit-themed safety video from Air New Zealand, I just keep moving it higher and higher up on my bucket list. More »

The Pros and Cons Of Dating A Hobbit

Even though I’m pretty sure I would marry Bilbo, Frodo, Sam, Merry or Pippin in a heartbeat (maybe even all of them, if they’re up for a little polygamy), having a hobbit as a significant other would likely have its drawbacks. So in honor of this Friday’s release of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, let’s take a look at the pros and cons of dating a hobbit. More »
