Last night, teen blogger/editor extraordinaire Tavi Gevinson stopped by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon to promote her website’s new book, Rookie Yearbook One. Hooray for blogs taking over the world! More

They don’t call it acting for nothing. Young Tavi Gevinson may be the product of awesome and aware parents — at least judging by that recent New York Times profile — but she’ll be starring in a movie about a not so fortunate young lady soon enough. More
Beloved “Style Rookie” Tavi Gevinson is stepping out from her fashion world and trying her hand in some other creative areas. It makes sense that she would branch out, because although Punxsutawney Phil has yet to predict it, Tavi is going to take over the world before her life is over. More
Tavi Gevinson, the stylish wunderkind who was attending fashion shows when she was 12, is now 15 and into blogging. Her new project Rookie Mag is a cross between a magazine and a website: Each month will be a new theme, but the content consists of three posts a day. (After all, Tavi does spend most of her time in high school.) We assumed that Tavi’s next venture would follow her stints at Blackbook and working with Target — that is, being about fashion — so imagine our surprise when several of her posts were the kinds of confessionals and pop culture commentary you’d see on our site. And oh yeah, they had the most amazing covers that amazingly stand the test of time. We dare you to tell us otherwise. More

Fashion wunderkind Tavi Gevinson is 2 years old! — correction, her mega-influential blog Style Rookie is. When we were Tavi’s age — 13 — we were wearing Doc Martens and reading Us Monthly, not you know, providing inspiration for Rodarte’s Target collection — so, so cool.
