Today, Gentle Readers, I’m going to introduce you to a wonderful invention. I’m not sure if this wonderful invention has a name, but I usually call it Dinner-in-a-Movie. Admittedly, this is a rather clunky moniker, but I like it, and here’s why: Why would you do dinner-and-a-movie when you can do dinner IN a movie? Because that’s exactly what this wonderful invention is: A hybrid creature that is simultaneously cinema and restaurant. On one of the last episodes of this season of Teen Mom 2, wild child Jenelle Evans got fired from her job as a waitress when she up and drove to New Jersey with boyfriend Kieffer Delp without notifying anyone– ANYONE– of her plans. The fact that she managed to charge $700 to her mom’s credit card during her little jaunt up north has been well-documented, but she didn’t stop at just that. Oh no. She also skipped out on a whole bunch of shifts at her restaurant. While it clearly would have been too much to ask that she find someone to cover her shifts, you’d think that she’d at least have the presence of mind to call in and lie that she was sick or something; but no. She just didn’t bother to show up. So naturally, when she returned, her ass got fired. So guess what, folks? Jenelle is back on the job hunt! And, gee, who WOULDN’T want this model employee on their staff? More
