But now we know why the housewife has been denying her surgery for so many months – she was probably getting paid by People magazine for the exclusive. And now that the episode with her surgery is about to air next week, NeNe is ready to admit to what she got done.

As it turns out, she had more work done than we realized. NeNe tells people that in addition to the nose job that “narrowed her nostrils,” she got liposuction, a breast reduction and a breast lift.
