Lionsgate continues to confound us with its casting choices for the March 2012 adaptation of The Hunger Games. Since this epic story comes to us in a book, each of the thousands of readers has a specific view of what each character should look like, yet you would think that there would be enough similarity for an actor to satisfy most fans. Dear Billy Ray Cyrus: It's Too Late To Regret 'Hannah Montana'

Billy Ray Cyrus is mourning the loss of his little girl’s innocence all over the Internet today, saying that if he could, he’d go back in time and stop Hannah Montana from happening. He blames Miley‘s handlers for her current wildchild behavior (see: Salvia video, dating older dudes, etc.), and claims he was left out of the loop for much of the time she spent on the show. About skipping Miley’s 18th birthday party, held at the LA bar Trousdale, Billy Ray said:

“You know why I didn’t go? Because they were having it in a bar. It was wrong. It was for 21 years old and up . . . all them people, they all wanted me to fly out so that then when all the bad press came they could say, ‘Daddy endorsed this stuff.’ I started realizing I’m being used.”
