Are Kristen Stewart And Garrett Hedlund's 'On The Road' Stills Actually Converse Or Levis Ads?

The first stills from the Garrett Hedlund/Kristen Stewart, um, “vehicle” On the Road were released today, and — gasp! 15-year-old me is weeping! — they totally look like ads. Levis and Converse ads, specifically. Maybe that’s because the actors are looking at the camera? What would Kerouac say?
