According to The Hollywood Reporter, Christian comedian Jeff Allen (aka Jeff Mishler), is suing NBC Universal (which includes Bravo) for stealing his trademarked phrase “happy wife, happy life.” If you remember on the first season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, star Teresa Giudice‘s husband Joe Giudice, busted out the saying when Teresa asked him for his opinion on whether or not she needed breast implants. Additionally, Kyle Richards Umansky (of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) said that “happy wife, happy life” was also her husband’s motto.
