Jennifer Petkov Arrested For Assault

Jennifer Petkov, the Detroit woman who is now the subject of internet for posting death threats about her 7-year-old dying neighbor on Facebook, was arrested this week. She allegedly attempted to hit a neighbor with her car. The woman pressing charges wasn’t related to Kathleen Edward , the little girl Jennifer was tauniting, but she was on her way to visit the family.

Meanwhile, Petkov’s husband Scott has been suspended from his job as a forklift driver, and is likely to be fired, due to frequent letters sent to his employer by 4Chan members. More »

When last we checked in on the disturbing saga between Jennifer Petkov and the dying 7-year-old she’s been taunting, it looked like the issue was starting to get resolved. The fight boiling between these neighbors had been ongoing for years, but Petkov apologized and everyone was starting to move on.

Except we may now know the hatred began. And if it really does all stem from a lost birthday party invite, Jennifer Petkov is going to have a lot more vitriol coming her way. More »

Jennifer Petkov Feels The Wrath Of The Internet, Apologizes

It’s amazing what a weekend of internet abuse can do to an ill conceived hate campaign. Jennifer Petkov attracted some 4Chan attention recently when she decided to attack her 7-year old dying neighbor on Facebook. After posting a photo of the girl’s dead mother with the Grim Reaper, Petkov attracted the attention of FOX News, and was completely unrepentant about her actions.

It didn’t take long for 4Chan to make itself useful, organize a fatwa against her family, publicize her address and encourage attacks against her. And the campaign worked. Petkov has quickly changed her tune. Last week, Petkov posted photos of Kathleen Edward with a skull and crossbones and said she wished the girl dead because it would “rub their ass RAW!” More »
