Attention, beard and mustache enthusiasts! IFC is premiering a new reality show called Whisker Wars tonight, and it’s going to show us competitive bearding like we’ve never seen it before. Created by the same great mind that brought us Deadliest Catch, the series “follows a devoted group of whisker warriors as they travel the country competing for top bearding honors in preparation for the World Championship Competition in Trondhjem, Norway.” To gear up for this momentous premiere, I’ve combed (heh) through the show’s promotional materials and screencapped the show’s major players, appending quotes where applicable.
