ABC accidentally released a video this morning identifying the three guys who will be sent home tonight on The Bachelorette. You like spoilers? We’ve got spoilers. More

My helpful cheat sheet on last night’s premiere of The Bachelorette that gets you updated on Emily Maynard, the crazy things the guys are doing to make a first impression, and my six chosen front-runners. Stay up-to-date with me this season to see if I’m right. More
If first you don’t succeed, try again. Or in modern terms, if it doesn’t work out with the fiance you technically “won” on a reality show, then throw caution to the wind and do it again. It’s the way of the future after all. More
Emily Maynard has already been around the reality show block. She won over Bachelor Brad Womack on his second Bachelor stint, landing that final red rose and a proposal. But their relationship was unstable and the two announced their split last summer. Now Emily’s on board to star in the next season of The Bachelorette, where she’ll be the one doing all the choosing. Although many people – including me – thought that Emily Maynard‘s weepy, soft-focus interview about breaking up with Brad Womack on last week’s episode of The Bachelorette was a way to get the audience to love her before choosing her as the next Bachelorette, Emily says she doesn’t want the job. Did you hear that Emily Maynard and Brad Womack broke up? If you missed it being on the cover of every magazine ever, host Chris Harrison is here to catch you up to speed. (Dear Chris’ Voiceover, Emily and Brad’s proposal was not the most dramatic ones ever.) Chris says that Emily and Brad had a hard time dealing with tabloid rumors and the paparazzi, which I could sort of buy if Emily hadn’t sold a giant cover interview in People magazine. Chris says that Emily is here to “help us understand” what happened. More
Last season’s Bachelor couple, Emily Maynard and Brad Womack, have been slowly breaking up for months, possibly because contractual obligations required them to keep it a secret. But now that it’s officially over, ABC has announced that Emily will tell her side of the story in a sitdown interview with Chris Harrison that will air after next week’s episode of The Bachelorette. According to a tabloid report, Brad Womack and Emily Maynard had dinner together last night in Austin, Texas. Although it has been reported that the couple broke up and their engagement is off, the fact that they were in the same city at the same time is supposed to indicate that they’re back on. More

After Brad Womack gave the final rose to Emily Maynard on the most recent season of The Bachelor, it hasn’t been a flower garden. They admitted on the show’s reunion episode that they’d already broken up once and gotten back together since the finale, and neither one seemed willing to compromise on where they were going to live (Brad is based in Austin, Texas; Emily and her young daughter live in Charlotte, NC). Now, Life and Style is reporting that Emily dumped Brad over the phone. Harsh! More
If the most recent lackluster season of The Bachelor: Electric Brad Womack Boogaloo indicated anything, it’s that the show is overdue for a reboot. They’ve been able to generate some actual watercooler buzz (the Jason/Melissa/Molly triangle made for good tabloid fodder, as did the eventual Jason/Molly wedding), but the return of Brad Womack and his vanilla personality, plus the choice of also-ran Ashley as the new Bachelorette served as reminders of why the show needs to change it up. On last night’s Bachelor finale and follow-up special After the Final Rose, Brad Womack and Emily Maynard admitted that their relationship had been rocky since the show ended. While I admire their honesty about the fact that relationships are complex and that there is more to them than shown on TV, I also don’t feel like the two of them are made to last. More
On last night’s finale of The Bachelor, Brad Womack chose Emily Maynard over Chantal O’Brien. In the After the Final Rose special that traditionally airs, well, after the final rose, the engaged couple comes out and blathers about their love for the ages. Normally, couples from the show break up a few months after the finale, probably because they have contracts saying their relationship needs to last a specified amount of time. However, Brad and Emily admitted-without-admitting that their relationship is basically over. More
