Good things about this week’s episode: we get to see Vinny shirtless, and there are no poopy toilet shots! Bad things about this week’s episode: Sammi and Ronnie. They’re the bad thing about every single episode ever, and it’s killing my enjoyment of the show. I have defended Jersey Shore countless times, but they’re really trying my patience on this one. ‘Jersey Shore’ Guidocabulary: Return of the Sam-Mi

Can I make a confession? I sort of miss hearing Angelina Pivarnick‘s “Hel-LOOO” in the Jersey Shore opening credits. I don’t miss Angelina at all, but I got really used to the rhythm of the credit sequence.

This week is all about mispronouncing things. The Situation calls Patron “pay-trun” instead of “Puh-trone,” and Ronnie makes fun of the way Pauly pronounces the word “barber.” So I’m within my rights to call Sammi “Sam-meye” (rhymes with Jedi) for the purposes of this post.
