Miley Cyrus and Adam Levine Find Each Other Annoying, Join the Club

Adam Levine and Miley Cyrus The Voice April 2016

I admittedly haven’t been watching this season of The Voice (They have like 15 per year, right?), so I can’t say I have any idea what the chemistry has been like between coach Adam Levine and key advisor Miley Cyrus. However, I really don’t think watching the show is necessary to believe this new story from Us Weekly claiming the two of them find each other annoying. I find them each annoying individually, so it’s really not hard to imagine.

According to a source, Miley and Adam “totally butted heads” on set, and it’s all because they just have way too much in common. Namely, as I already mentioned, annoyingness.

“They both have short attention spans. They find each other annoying. Adam would get agitated when Miley would interrupt him, and she enjoyed getting under his skin.”

The best part about this is that they probably don’t even realize how similar they are. You know they’re each sitting there thinking, “Man, it’s so great that I’m not annoying like [Miley/Adam] and everyone loves me so much. I mean, can you imagine being that annoying? Everybody would hate me. LOL.”

On the other hand, Miley apparently “got along extremely well” with Adam’s heterosexual life partner Blake Shelton. Uh oh, Gwen Stefani might want to watch out. There’s another bleached blonde, eccentrically fashioned pop singer looking to take her man… is something I would say if I wrote for a different website.

Adam and Miley better get used to each other, because it was recently announced that Miley will be a new coach, along with Alicia Keys, on the show’s next season. They’ll be replacing Christina Aguilera and Pharrell, because apparently Blake and Adam are the only people in the music industry who can tolerate sitting in those swivel chairs for every season.

Since Adam is married and Miley is questionably engaged, NBC (probably, you never know) won’t be able to turn their rivalry into another romance, but they can hopefully suck some drama out of it regardless.
