Lea Michele’s Ass Wants You To Know She’s Really Looking Forward To 2014

Lea Michele attending ELLE Women In Hollywood event October 2013

Celebrity Instagram accounts that I follow always have a way of making me hate myself, mostly for reading into celebrity Instagram photos.  Please tell me I’m not alone, guys.  Do you ever find yourself thinking, “Do they take a tripod with them everywhere they go so they can stage the perfect iPhone photo?” or “Who are the poor bastards being forced to snap these pics?”

Because I sure do.  Lea Michele‘s latest Instagram photo has my mind racing, because inquiring minds need to know!

This photo was orchestrated (yes, orchestrated… there’s a definite intention here) for two purposes: 1. To make us all insanely jealous that we can’t afford a dream Mexican getaway in the middle of the coldest, shittiest winter ever; and 2. Attention.  Warm, hard, double-pecan butt floss attention.  This photo isn’t going to be featured in a magazine spread; it’s a cell phone snapshot.  The posing, the hair-twirling, the blatant display of butt (albeit a great one, I’ll give her that)… it’s all done just so random people she doesn’t know tell her how hot she is t and how much they love her.

In her defense, she’s far from being the only celebrity to use her Instagram account for validation.  But posting a pic like this and tweeting out a big “thanks for the support and love” to her fans–in direct reference to Cory Monteith‘s death–just rubs me the wrong way.  I know I’m going to take a lot of heat for it (cue the comment cries of “SLUT SHAMER”… trust me, guys in thongs thrill me even less), but I mean did her ass have to tell us she’s strong and looking forward to a better year?  I think not.  I know we’ve talked about it before, but I really think she needs a solid PR lesson.  While I don’t expect her to grieve forever and post depressing pictures all day, I do expect a little more tact than this.  #Sorrynotsorry.

I was only crying for 2 days after my dad died. I am still sad every day and was still really sad for a while. But after the funeral it got a little bit better.
You cant live a life in sorrow. You have to pic yourself up and continue living. No one knows how she feels when she is alone. That is the time you really think about it. But when the sun is up and you are surrounded by friends or family or just people in general you cant be sad all the time and just grieve. Thats not living.

Hate to say thins but Cory has been dead for some time now and to bring him up every time she does something for herself or says something a bit weird is not fair.
Everyone deals with grief in different ways. Some push their feelings away, some grief for months or years and some like me spend a lot of time hanging out with people during the day so we dont have to think about it all the time and drive ourselfs crazy.

When people asked if I was okey after my dads death I smiled, laughed a little and said “yes, thanks for asking” for months. Only people closest to me new my real feelings. And she might look happy in the pic but you dont know if she when her friends and her went to sleep if she then feelt her feelings. Cause if you only show the once closest to you your feelings, The once who really doesn’t care that much will stop questioning if you are okay and things slowly goes back to normal.

If you guys dont think her relationship with Cory was real or if you think she is moving on to fast I think you should keep that to yourself and not question her every time she does something. Cause bottom line is the were still at least close friends, thats clear and how she choose to move on and grief a friend/partner should be her choice and not questioned. Don’t judge someone cause you would have done something in a different way. Cause we are all different and should respect that. Not question it.

First off she tweeted thanks and support on Dec 31 and wished everyone a Happy New Year. This picture was tweeted 4 days later so yes as usual with Lea you are trying to make something out of nothing. Why you linked two separate posts from 4 days a part together I have no idea except to try to start something and opps get attention maybe? Did Lea post it for attention yes, that is what social media is for anyone who post anything is looking for some response. Lea posted this for her fans on her soicla media accounts. If you don’t like it you don’t have to follow her. It is not her fautl every media outlet and blogs like yours feel the need to make a story of it. If you hate it so much stop contributing to the problem and giving celebrities the attention you claim they are wanting..

For someone who obviously dislikes Lea you post about her an awful lot. I don’t see why you waste you time on her if she bugs you.

I know that the tweet was posted earlier, but to me the photo is kind of in conjunction with the tweet… talking about a “positive new year” is obviously something everyone does, but for her I feel like we all automatically would associate that message with Cory and everything she dealt with in 2013. And I believe she knows everyone would think of it that way. I didn’t mean to imply the photo and the tweet were synonymous.

  • get some facts

Color me surpassed a negative article about Lea how original of you Crushable. “But posting a pic like this and tweeting out a big “thanks for the support and love” to her fans–in direct reference to Cory Monteith‘s death–just rubs me the wrong way.” BUT SHE DID NOT DO THIS!!!!! She tweeted thanks to her fans on Dec 31 and 4 days later she twitted the bikini picture. You know what rubs me the worng way how this site twist things around.
