But aside from that tragedy, I also have a very important question for all of you: has anyone been working on those invisibility skills of mine? This may seem unrelated, but you need to bear with me. I’m not good enough at science to whip up an invisibility potion myself, but I need to have it, and very soon, because there are a lot of things happening in the celebrity world that I require more information about. Namely, how 1D feels about Miley.
I mean we all saw their faces during that performance at the VMAs. I think ‘shellshocked’ is probably a good word. And afterward, Harry Styles gave a really good response calling it ‘vanilla’ and ‘very reserved’ and saying he’d be very comfortable watching it with his grandma. It was funny and all, and I love the way these guys conduct themselves in interviews, so relaxed and private at the same time, but I need answers, guys! Do you like her or not? This new video tells me nothing.
It was filmed at a One Direction concert on September 28th, in Australia, and it shows Niall Horan starting to sing ‘We Can’t Stop’, and then turning around to do his version of twerking for the crowd. And then Harry joins in with a seriously baritone version of ‘Wrecking Ball’. Sans sledgehammer but plus all their clothes, sadly. But I can’t tell if they’re celebrating her or mocking her. Or if they really care either way. That’s the beauty of these guys, is that part of their concert is just them hanging out with each other and having fun. It just gives me no information about how they reeeeeally really feel about her.
Ugh. I hate not knowing things. And the fact that we now live in a world where ever single famous person — except for the Lohans, apparently — has a manager and a publicist and a lawyer and a crisis control center done up with flashing lights and ringing phones and big red buttons and a bunch of people on headsets (I imagine), so I never get to know anything scandalous anymore! Even Kanye is deleting tweets these days! What is the world coming to??
