The Only 10 Differences Between Michael Jordan And Michael B. Jordan

Michael Jordan the athlete and Michael B. Jordan the actor

Michael B. Jordan, not to be confused with the basketball player, is an American actor who most recently starred in the feature film, Fruitvale, which premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and received a great response. The movie, re-named Fruitvale Station, comes to select theaters today and is set to be released elsewhere later this year. I’ve heard from many sources that Jordan did an outstanding job with the film and there’s a good chance we’ll be hearing buzz about the film and his acting around Oscar time. I think it’s only fair that we give this actor the recognition he deserves and try not to mix him up with the other Michael Jordan, shall we?

Michael B. Jordan, born February 9, 1987, and Michael Jordan, born February 17, 1963, both share the astrological sign Aquarius but that’s probably the only thing they have in common. Are we allowed to bring a cheat sheet for this quiz or no?

Also, I genuinely thought MBJ was MJ’s son until just now when I read this article.

He really caught my attention in Friday Night Lights as Vince. I thought he did an amazing job, and then I was also pleased with Chronicle. I was honestly a little hesitant about Fruitvale when I heard about it just because it is a recent event, but with so many people saying how it was honest and respectfully done, especially in regards to Michael B Jordan’s work, I’m looking forward to it!
