Speaking of women being oversensitive bitches, Katy Perry and John Mayer possibly broke up because she couldn’t handle him calling her fat. Which is weird because last time I read my From OK Cupid. To OK at The Alter manual, it clearly stated that constructive critcism is a key facet to having a healthy relationship. We’re talking about John Mayer here people, I’m sure he handled the situation tactfully.
Like maybe one night he invited her outside for a serenade under the stars and instead of singing, “Your Body is a Wonderland,” he sang, “You body could use a hand…and I spoke with a doctor today and he says you’re the perfect candidate for liposuction. In fact I went ahead and scheduled you a consultation first thing in the morning. Also, I brought chocolate out for me, so put it down—-damn baby you frustrate me.”
According to Star via Celebitchy, Katy Perry couldn’t handle being in an honest relationship with a man who takes the time to worry about her weight.
The “California Gurls” singer, 28, who started dating 25-year-old John last summer, is “devastated,” says a pal. “She is so confident, but as soon as she put on a few pounds, he was constantly putting her down.” Despite John’s shallow reasoning, insiders say a shattered Katy would still like to make it work! “She’s going to make sure she looks amazing,” continues the source. “She wants him to take her back.”
While it’s reassuring to hear that she’s working on getting in shape, it’s disturbing that she think she deserves to get back together with him. He started showering daily for her and alternating fedora and no-fedora days for her. The least she could do is stop eating. It’s bad enough that women get their periods every month, must they add insult to injury by gaining a few pounds? Ugh Katy Perry, pull it together!
And to the pal who brought us this insightful story on a relationship gone wrong, thank you! Your accusations and allegations are invaluable when it comes to figuring out why these two broke up. May your friendship with celebrities never stand in the way of getting a pal shout-out in the tabloids.
