So I highly recommend you stop reading about horrible things happening in the world and complaining about humanity and press play. It’s just a fun treat for a cold week.
Melissa McCarthy dances with a penguin choreographer! What could be more delightful than that. Sure, you probably already know the word “choreographer,” but this video isn’t aimed at you. Unless you’re four. And in that case, congrats on being smart enough to not only read at a young age, but also savvy enough to read the Internet’s premiere website on celebrity culture and its devastating effects on our society.
But enough about genius four-year-olds who read Crushable and more on Melissa McCarthy and her cameo on Ses Street. What I love most about celebrities going on Sesame Street is that they genuinely seem to enjoy being there. It’s not like when they’re on the movie press circuit and it’s getting increasingly clear that they’re tired of telling funny on-set anecdotes or when they’re on the red carpet and they’re sick of talking about what they’re wearing. There’s a positive vibe in the air that makes me think that they woke up that morning, super excited to film a segment with puppets.
It’s refreshing to see. Especially after a day of reading everything with my super cool cynical glasses on.
