As If It Wasn’t Offensive Enough That Brandi Glanville Got An Oscars Invite, She Wore This Dress

Brandi Glanville Oscars Dress

Look, I love reality television as much as the next trainwreck-obsessed girl. But I don’t think reality stars belong on  the Oscars red carpet. You know why? Because they’re addicted to getting attention. And we know from watching them on TV that they’ll do whatever it takes to get the attention.  See every one who’s ever signed a release form for a TLC show for an example.

I mean, just look at what Brandi Glanville from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wore to the 2013 Oscars. It’s a nip slip waiting to happen. Or by the time you read this, already happening.

I just honestly don’t know what’s sadder. That Brandi Glanville probably forged an invitation to the Oscars and snuck onto the red carpet. Or that Charlotte Ruse designed her dress. Both make me want to cry for her. I bet she totally thought that getting featured on 73 tabloid covers in the past year and having 421 friends tip off Radar Online would guarantee her an invite. But unfortch for everyone employed at Bravo, that’s not exactly how the Academy Awards work.

At least she can sleep well knowing that her boobs are getting more coverage than Leann Rimes’ boobs tonight.

      Aaaahhh, interesting.

It’s called ‘working.’ That’s why she’s there. Just like you’re article attacking her is your ‘work.’ And she looks stunning, there were no nip slips.

    • Jenni

Oh this isn’t my work. I hack Crushable on the reg to attack celebrities. DON’T TELL ANYONE!

I read early last week ABC invited Brandi to be on their show covering people arriving for the Oscars. In order words she was working for them.

    • Jenni

Pray tell, why did ABC do that?

    • BeachBelle

I don’t know why. I guess they wanted to hire her, but as a former professional model talking about the dresses, etc., Brandi actually did pretty good. The show was mostly only shown online, but they cut into the ABC live broadcast some, too.

Glanville was signed by the worlds top modeling agency as a teenager. She was immediately flown to Paris where she lived and worked for Chanel for 6 years. Also, Milan for Gucci and NYC after for several more years.

      She was quite successful.

That’s a nice story, too vas it isn’t true.

Brandi I love your dress, you rock girl. Keep being you!~

Jenni, do your research before writing an article. Brandi was working on “On the Red Carpet.” And her dress is stunning. Get with the times.

The gown slipped down as Glanville exited the limousine, it happens, impossible to adjust in public. It is a lovely gown and was stunning after she was able to pull it up (takes two people, from the waist). A shame the seamstress didn’t fit it properly.

Glanville is wearing professionally applied makeup for the cameras as she co-hosted the Oscar Red Carpet Special.

Glanville looked great on camera and was witty and charming.

    I love the underdog.

She was homeless and broke two years ago, now she has a No. 1 Bestseller, a clothing line, a hit series, and has just co-hosted an Oscar’s Red Carpet Special.

This dress actually makes me uncomfortable.

I’m really unsure why all these people feel the need to defend some Real Housewife.

I really really just want to grab the top of the dress and yank it up. Look at it makes me feel uncomfortable. Also, I’m really not a fan of the colour, at all.

Wow!! Wehave a lot of jealous people in this world! Brandi, screw all the people who didn’t like you or your dress,I loved it and I guarantee behind close doors there’s a lot of women who wished they had the balls to wear it! (aren’t they all exhibitionists anywaY), Thank god!

As soon as I saw a picture of this dress, I thought, “Okay, so this E-list celebrity wore a ridiculously revealing dress to the Oscars because she wanted the publicity. Hopefully she won’t get it.” But of course she did.

    • Jenni

You caught me. I fell into the trap.

Has’nt she modeled enough dresses to know where the boobs go? The dress was 4 inches too low on top.
