This movie made me cry so much on a plane once, and Judy Greer was a major, scene stealing part of that.
This was her first role out of college. She played the main girl's best friend, but she got to go on a date with a shirtless motorcycle guy, which was cool.
Judy showed her wide range when she transformed from a scared little nerd into the awesomely bitchy Violette. So what if this movie was a poor man's version of Heathers?
In which she brought out Mel Gibson's softer side with her vaguely suicidal thoughts.
In which she played Jennifer Garner's bitchy BFF.
Her most iconic and probably best loved role to date, and one she is set to reprise super soon(!!!) I guess we don't have to say goodbye to THESE yet, after all!
I refused to get anywhere near this Katherine Heigl heteronormativity fest, but it appears from the preview that she got in a few good lines like "what good is it being appreciated if no one is naked?"
This movie made me cry so much on a plane once, and Judy Greer was a major, scene stealing part of that.
Now that she's in her 30s, she's able to play the kinds of characters who were losers in high school but are doing quite well now. Enviably well, even.
