3. Her idol is Audrey Hepburn: After her win, Olivia sang “Funny Face” from the movie of the same name; she also said that her first plan upon moving to NYC is to check out Tiffany & Co. so she can recreate the opening scene from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. “She was beautiful on the outside but also beautiful on the inside,” she told the judges of the iconic actress.
4. Olivia has a great sense of humor and is willing to poke fun at herself, as this video from BU improv group Liquid Fun attests. The sketch is so-so: One of Liquid Fun’s members sets up a kissing booth, only for Miss Rhode Island Olivia herself to prance on up and offer $10,000 for a smooch.
5. She’s really good about social media, which shouldn’t be so surprising since she’s only 20. She juggles two Twitter accounts, @oliviaculpo and @RealMissRIUSA; she’ll probably be tweeting from the latter for the foreseeable future, as she moves to New York City with Miss Teen USA and Miss Universe for the next year. Her recent Instagram pics include posing with celebrity judge Joe Jonas and eating a Cinnabon at the airport. You know, “normal girl” stuff.
