Cancel all your global travel expeditions to find the most beautiful woman in the entire world because People already found her. And luckily for us she’s American! We don’t even have to leave our own country to see Beyonce Knowles, the most beautiful woman on all seven continents.
Sorry Antarctic beauty queens, maybe next year!
While most people consider Beyonce beautiful because she’s actually stunningly beautiful, she says being Blue Ivy’s mother is what makes her finally feel beautiful. In the People article, she says:
“I feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt because I’ve given birth,I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth.”
This is not only a wonderful excuse to stop using birth control (hello life purpose!), but also to remind us that Blue Ivy’s “birth” came with an incredible amount of conspiracy theories, scandalous rumors and hastily written songs by Jay-Z. Never before has one woman’s pregnancy gotten so much analysis. Or should I say “pregnancy?”
To this day, we still don’t know for sure who birthed Blue Ivy — and because I live my life vicariously through cheesy TV movie plots, I’ll go ahead and say there’s a 73% chance that somewhere, out there a former surrogate mother is laughing maniancially to herself as she reads Beyonce’s touching quotes about giving birth.
Regardless of whether Blue Ivy emerged from her womb or not, Beyonce Knowles truly deserves this title. I’m sure People took one look at the candids on her tumblr and was like “whoa, she even makes a snorkel mask look sexy!”
We’re excited to see what happens to Beyonce in the coming days as she embraces her new title as World’s Most Beautiful Woman. I know from watching Toddlers & Tiaras that most title winners do develop an inflated ego after taking home these prestigious titles, but let’s hope that Beyonce can stay off the go-go juice long enough to prevent that from happening.
