Rachel Zoe’s son Skylar may still be a baby, but he’s already dressing better than you and me. Of course he has the advantage of being born to a celebrity stylist who lives and breathes fashion. Still, $230 is expensive for a pair of shoes he’ll outgrow in a month. Then again that’s why everyone’s not walking around in Gucci moccasin booties.
I don’t even want to imagine how much the rest of his wardrobe costs, I’ll just assume it ranges between the my yearly rent and the price of a small island. In other words, he’s not scavenging Forever 21 sales racks like they hold the last “is it a shirt or is it a dress” in all of NYC.
Putting my very rational envy aside and ignoring the hole in my own shoe, I will say Skylar’s a pretty cute baby. For all of Rachel Zoe’s neuroses and the fact she made him wear a matching hat out in public, he looks like a happy (very well-dressed) toddler.
I eagerly await the day Bravo gives him his own toddler fashion-cooking challenge reality show.
