There’s just so much about this story that’s hilarious: Charlie Sheen‘s cell phone crashed over the weekend because he accidentally tweeted out his digits to all 5.5 million of his followers. Apparently he was trying to send a direct message to none other than Justin Bieber, with the directive that the pop star give him a call. He tweeted: “310-954-7277 Call me bro. C”
A ton of people retweeted the message, and Charlie instantly received roughly 1,800 texts. He took down the tweet, but then then it was way too late as his phone suffered a super meltdown. Whoops, whoops, whoops.
The number has naturally been disconnected, but apparently Charlie actually answered a couple of the first calls that came in. I, for one, and pretty curious to know what a phone conversation between Charlie and Justin would have entailed. Probably lots of “winnings” and “shawtys,” interspersed with a conversation about metaphysics.
