If you’ve ever seen an episode of the extreme talent show The X-Factor, you’ve seen former Idol judge and friend of animated cats Paula Abdul have a near nervous break-down when deciding who to keep and who to cut. The sobs might have seemed a little over-dramatic, but now it looks like Paula’s choice between thumbs up or thumbs down might be a life or death decision.
Abdul and one of her co-judges Nicole Scherzinger are getting threatening messages after they decided to vote Drew Ryniewicz off the island (er, stage) this Thursday night. Some tweets and Facebook messages directed at the two woman after the decision have been less than complimentary including, “F**K you paula you dumb c**t you voted off the most talented person on your f**king show. i hope you die you DUMB B***H” as well as the concise, “@NicoleScherzy @paulaabdul go die.”
To be fair, while these comments aren’t friendly, they aren’t technically threatening. Commenter number one is only hoping for their untimely demise, while the tweeter seems to be offering them a suggestion. Still, it’s being said the nasty sentiments have shaken the judges, and hopefully in the future Drew fans will channel their rage into pro-Drew buttons and Facebook fan pages and leave Paula and Nicole alone.
