So this is clearly a photo of Miley Cyrus—the face isn’t blurred out, there’s no obvious Photoshopping her head onto another body, and it clearly isn’t a self-portrait (though it is posed). And yet, people are saying that they way it just appeared online means it was leaked. But by whom?

We think that Miley felt left out with the celebrity phone hacking scandal and Scarlett Johansson‘s naked photos, and decided to throw her pics into the mix. But if she wanted to be part of the club, she should’ve at least made it look like she never expected her photos to go public. The red heels, the way she’s artfully spread her legs, and the huge ring on her finger… Yeah, Miley, we’re not buying that you happened to be lounging around in black lingerie and someone snapped a secret shot.
