New trend: If you are a celebrity on a hike with a star of the opposite sex, then you’re automatically dating. There was Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds a few weeks ago; that’s how we guessed that Emma Watson was hooking up with her co-star Johnny Simmons. Now, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are following up their Disneyland date with a trek through L.A.’s dustiest canyons.
Except, Eva’s outfit doesn’t really lend itself to tromping through the underbrush: She’s got on a sundress and chunky sandals. So, maybe this is just a photo op, and as soon as the paparazzi were satisfied, a helicopter swooped in to pick them up and dump them back in their natural habitat… Eva’s home, which is nearby, or maybe Disneyland again. (Those churros looked good!)
