Oh, Hunger Games! We had high hopes that you would bypass all of the Hollywood behind-the-scenes bullshit and keep on with illustrating the perils of war and reality TV. But instead, two actors are boning even though one of them is married, and we have to figure out who they are. Yesterday Crazy Days and Nights posted a blind item about two stars on the Hunger Games set hooking up, teasing that it’s an older (married!) man and a much younger female co-star.
What married Hunger Games actor is having an affair with his much younger female co-star? She is in love. To him it is just a hookup and he already has told others he has his eye on another female actress in the movie. Umm, what about your wife?
There seem to be only two young women who would be mature enough to be carrying on with a co-star, and that’s Jennifer Lawrence and Leven Rambin. Now, let’s determine which of the older men on-set are married:
- Donald Sutherland: He’s been married to his current wife since they met in the 1970s.
- Woody Harrelson: He married longtime girlfriend Laura Louie in 2008; they have three kids.
- Wes Bentley: He’s been married to Jennifer Quanz since 2001, but they separated around 2007, and he filed divorce papers in 2009. However, it seems that they’re not yet legally divorced.
We can rule out Lenny Kravitz ’cause he’s not married; Toby Jones because Claudius Templesmith is a small role that’s mostly voiceovers anyway; and Stanley Tucci because his wife passed away in 2009.
Now, CDaN’s blind item is interesting timing, since Lainey Gossip recently posted an item about another on-set affair. Hers doesn’t specifically reveal which movie, but the content is very much the same. Assuming it’s Hunger Games, let’s look at it more in detail.
