MTV continues to incite the ire of anti-child pornography groups with its new show Skins. We just learned that the stars of the teen drama will appear in their underwear in the March issue of Elle.
Elle and MTV claim that the show’s stars are simply demonstrating “one of spring’s key trends: innerwear as outerwear.” Except, oops, the feature is called “After-School Special.”
Meanwhile, Eleanor Zichy and Camille Cresencia-Mills from the above photos are 15 and 17, respectively. And they’ve already gotten the Parents Television Council to say the series may “have violated child pornography laws.” Which, if you pay attention to how Skins has been playing its marketing strategy so far, may have been what they were going for.
