Somebody better shut Jessica Alba up soon. The Fantastic Four actress has been running her mouth off in interviews lately, and it looks like her franchise role might disappear.
According to Socialite Life, one of the characters in The Fantastic Four franchise is to set to get killed off. And it could be the Invisible Woman.
Recently, Alba had some negative things to say about her role in Fantastic Four. She told Elle magazine:
“[The director told me] ‘It looks too real. It looks too painful. Can you be prettier when you cry? Cry pretty, Jessica.’ He was like, ‘Don’t do that thing with your face. Just make it flat. We can CGI the tears in.’”
Note to Jessica Alba: directors don’t like it when you imply that they are hacks. And according to Monsters and Critics, Jessica could soon lose the cash cow of that franchise.
“Publishers are to kill off one of the characters in the January edition of the comic, Marvel has announced, and it is not known whether it will be Mr Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch or The Thing.”
Apparently, the change will have a “transformative effect on these characters – virtually nothing will be the same after the events of this story.”
It’s hard to imagine that the one girl in the series would get killed off, but that move could also jump start a killer revenge series. Chances are Jessica might be cleaning up her act in magazines, just in case.
