California gurl Katy Perry may soon be a blushing bride in blue (hair), but not everyone in her family is well acquainted with the 25-year old’s fiance, Russell Brand. Life & Style magazine is reporting that Katy’s grandma, Ann Hudson – whose ill health will prevent her from attending her granddaughter’s wedding – told the press, “I got to meet him for only a few minutes, but he seemed very nice and polite. I liked him very much.”
Nice and polite? We guess Nana Perry really only did meet Russell in passing, as she doesn’t seem all that worried that her little granddaughter may be marrying some Willy Wonka sex addict. All we have to say is: Katy, go visit your grandmother more!
