Tonight’s episode of Biggest Loser was a celebration of the Olympics. The contestants went to Colorado to the Olympic Training Center to work out with Olympic athletes.

Alison Sweeney also told them that everyone would compete & weigh in as individuals and two people would go home this week. One person would fall below a Red line and be eliminated instantly. Then two would fall below a Yellow line and the others would vote to eliminate one of them.

Koli was upset about John being eliminated and he felt that John deserved to be on the ranch more than he did. It took Bob a lot of convincing, but finally Koli realized that he deserved to be there too.

The contestants first had to do a challenge where they used a sliding board to slide 500 times. The first to finish was Sam, then Melissa, then SunShine. The three of them gained advantages in the next challenge, but the way they used them turned out to give each of them a disadvantage instead.

The big challenge was a “biathlon.” They didn’t ski, but had to run around, then fire a special rifle to put out targets for the other players. Once a person had all five of their targets hit, they were out of the challenge. It came down to Darrell and O’Neal. But O’Neal got the target first, making him the winner and giving him immunity.

Here’s how the weigh-in went this week:

Team Person Prev. Wt. Curr. Wt. # Loss %
Yellow Sunshine 245 239 -6 2.45%
O’Neal (immunity) 333 325 -8 2.40%
Gray Sam 310 298 -12 3.87%
Koli 335 326 -9 2.69%
Green Miggy 206 199 -7 3.40%
Black Andrea 262 255 -7 2.67%
Darrell 343 338 -5 1.46%
Orange Cheryl 194 191 -3 1.55%
Daris 283 274 -9 3.18%
Purple Stephanie 225 221 -4 1.78%

Melissa 198 199 +1
Lance 314 305 -9 2.87%

Pink Sherry 180 177 -3 1.67%

Melissa was below the Red line, so she was eliminated right away.

Darrell and Cheryl were both below the Yellow line so instead of a vote, they had to compete in a challenge to see who went home.

The challenge was a lot like a Survivor challenge. They had o each balance a thing on their head the longest. The first person whose item fell would be eliminated. But we didn’t get to see who went home because it was “To Be Continued…” I hate that!

I like them both and don’t want either one to go home. Who do you hope gets to stay?
