In this video of Gossip Girl filming, Serena talks to Carter (Sebastian Stan) during the scene while wearing the dress. I wonder what event she is at to wear the dress.
Her sandals are really adorable too. From what I’ve seen of the fashion for Gossip Girl’s season 3 as they have started filming, this season is going to be outstanding.
