Despite being French, I have to admit that I’ve never had a quiche before. I think I can remember tasting the crust from one not too long ago but I’m not sure.
On the Today show, they showed a recipe for asparagus quiche. Asparagus is in season right now and is a great source of antioxidants including Vitamins A and C. You can make your own crust or buy it but the recipe looked pretty easy to make. Watch the segment here:
