Via Eater LA, here is a video of celebrity chef/Top Chef guest star Anthony Bourdain and Tom Collichio discussing who is Tom’s least favorite guest judge (he is classy and won’t name names, but does say that the “non-chef” judges are often the worst) and mentions Top Chef’s Season 2 Thanksgiving episode as a disaster.
Marcel, easily one of the jerkiest reality show contestants I’ve ever seen, made one of his signature foams for Bourdain, a cranberry foam. And Bourdain was not so pleased about it.
