Leonardo DiCaprio is busy promoting his film "Body of Lies", which came out on October 10, 2008. DiCaprio attended this photocall in France today (November 3rd) and is looking so amazing. He reminds me of an ex-boyfriend…it’s weird, but anyway…doesn’t he look fantastic?
His current main squeeze is supermodel Bar Refaeli. Yes, he has a thing for supermodels apparently. He used to date Gisele Bündchen.
DiCaprio has a few movies coming out between 2008 and 2011. They are Revolutionary Road, Shutter Island, The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt and The Chancellor Manuscript.
DiCaprio is teaming up again with Titanic co-star Kate Winslett. Titanic is one of my favorite movies of all time. I have seen it an unreal amount of times. Winslett opened up in the new Vanity Fair issue about reuniting with DiCaprio in Revolutionary Road. Here’s what she had to say:
"Leo and I were always aware that if we were going to do something together again that there would be a sense of expectation. It was going to have to be the right thing. We could see ourselves playing that married couple. The friendship that we have and the solidity of that was something we would be able to use. There’s an emotional shorthand that Leo and I have and a physical ease because we’ve known each other so long.… Leo and I, you know, are sort of kindred spirits—we’re cut from the same cloth. Both of us just got lucky [at a young age], started working and kind of learned on the job. We’re sort of self-educated actors in a way, and we’ve just been lucky to work with unbelievable directors and actors who have taught us so much. I mean, it’s been spectacular."
There is Oscar buzz for DiCaprio’s role in Revolutionary Road, which comes out in December.. I would love to see him win one of those!
