If you too were surprised when you saw the lovely photos of Jessica Alba in bikini earlier this week only 3 months after giving birth we can assure you that this transformation took “blood, sweat ,tears” and more than all, consistent workouts over the last 12 weeks.
Jessica’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, spoke to PEOPLE this week only to reveal that there was nothing extra-ordinary about it, “She worked out an hour a day, five or six days a week, and stayed on a strict diet of about 1700 calories a day, losing 600 calories because of exercise,” says Braganza.
Jessica’s low-fat, low-carb diet was part of Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan.
Upon giving birth, Jessica said that she wanted to lose all the excess weight in a “responsible amount of time”, but Braganza added that Alba made “amazing progress in a very short time. She really works at it.”
